Payments

Payments may be made by debit card, credit card, and Paypal accounts. Customers must only use one payment method per transaction. No other payment methods may be used.
Chic Squirrel.com uses Paypal as a payment gateway for credit card, debit card and Paypal account transactions. It is not required that customers have a Paypal account in order to complete the checkout process. Chic Squirrel.com is not responsible for services provided by Paypal.

Coupons/Discounts/Gift Cards

Only official Chic Squirrel.com Coupons, Discounts, and Gift Cards may be used during checkout. Chic Squirrel.com reserves the right to regulate the terms and usage of all Coupons, Discounts and Gift Cards. Chic Squirrel.com reserves the right to determine authenticity of all Coupons, Discounts and Gift Cards and cancel orders accordingly. Gift Cards are considered to be a form of coupon and not a payment method and therefore can be used in conjunction with another payment method.

Availability

In order to get the most selection and competitive prices, Chic Squirrel.com ships many items straight from the distributor or manufacturer upon the customer’s order. Therefore some items will be out of stock permanently or backordered until a specific date. Chic Squirrel makes all attempts to confirm availability on a weekly basis.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts are provided solely for the convenience of the Sites' users. At all times, Chic Squirrel.com maintains ownership of said accounts and their Content. Merchandise saved in a shopping cart will remain there for 30 days or until a purchase is made. Once a purchase is made, the shopping cart will be cleared. "Holding" or saving merchandise in shopping carts is a technical convenience only and does not guarantee the merchandise will be in stock at a later date.

Shipping and Handling

Once your purchase is complete, it can take up to 48 hours to be processed. We ship most items by UPS ground, which will take between 5-10 business days to arrive depending on where you live. Right now we do not offer a faster shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Chic Squirrel.com determines shipping rates based on weight (rather than location) with a minimum shipping fee of $5.00 for each order. In general, shipping costs less per item, when you ship multiple items to the same location.
